First, I turned the exposure down to make the clouds stand out. Then, I turned down the contrast and the blacks to make the darker parts more visible. I also turned up the whites which made the clouds seem more like they’re glowing. Then I made the colors warmer to make the greens stand out. Next, I turned up the vibrance to make the whole photo lighter. I finally used the crop tool to rotate the photo to make it straight.
